Identification and contact details such as name, email, phone number and company; professional and commercial context you provide; dates, times and notes for calls you book; website and public profiles; business context, approximate media investment, active platforms and goals; and technical attribution data such as landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, advertising identifiers and cookie preferences.

To prepare a diagnosis, I may also review publicly available information about your business, market, offer, advertising and digital experience. I do not request sensitive personal data, passwords or account access; please do not include them in any form.

I process information to respond to inquiries; validate and manage requests; prepare and deliver a requested diagnosis; research public evidence relevant to your business; send recommendations, resources and follow-up directly related to your request; schedule conversations; prepare proposals; manage a commercial relationship; prevent abuse or fraud; measure site performance; attribute inquiries to campaigns; comply with legal duties; and retain evidence of privacy choices.

These purposes are necessary to fulfill your request. Without this processing, I cannot submit the form or provide the requested service.

Only when you select the optional box may I send actionable ideas, case studies, content, news, invitations and offers from Marín Performance related to paid media, growth and my services. Refusing does not affect your inquiry or diagnosis.

I may use providers acting on my instructions for hosting, security, CRM, email, calendars, video calls, analytics, advertising and diagnosis preparation, including Zoho, Titan, Resend, Google, Meta, OpenAI and cloud infrastructure providers. Some may process information outside Mexico under their own safeguards and data-processing terms.

I do not sell or rent personal information. When a transfer outside legal exceptions requires consent, I will request it first. AI tools may assist research and drafting, but a person will review the diagnosis before it is used for decisions or delivery.

The site uses essential storage and, when you authorize it in the privacy panel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta technologies for analytics, attribution and advertising. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you choose to accept them.

You may refuse measurement and continue with essential cookies. You may also remove cookies in your browser, which can reset your preferences.

I retain information during the relationship and afterward only as needed for legal responsibilities, security and evidence of consent. Inactive contacts are reviewed periodically; marketing permission remains until withdrawn or there is no longer a legitimate need to retain it.

I apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, limited access and data minimization. No system is infallible, and any incident will be reviewed and handled under applicable law.

You may request access, correction, deletion or objection; withdraw consent; or limit the use and disclosure of your information. Email fernando@marinperformance.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the information and a contact method. I may request reasonable information to verify your identity.

I will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you believe your privacy rights were violated, you may contact Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno or the authority that succeeds it.

The services are intended for adults and business representatives. I do not intentionally seek information from minors.

Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new date and version. If a change requires additional consent, I will request it before applying the new purpose.
