Business context

Autrica

Autrica operates in a category with clear potential but limited mainstream demand: niche fragrances with premium price points and a highly defined high-end customer. The opportunity was not mass reach, but finding and directing the right audience with precision in a market that remained largely underexploited.

My mandate

As a freelance Paid Media consultant, I owned campaign structure, audience strategy, optimization and the measurement layer required to connect acquisition activity with commercial performance and executive decision-making.

Core responsibilities

  • Audited and aligned Meta, Google, GA4, WooCommerce and CRM signals.
  • Structured acquisition and remarketing campaigns around commercial objectives.
  • Built an executive reporting view for return, channel performance and customer journey analysis.
  • Turned media and store data into clear optimization and budget priorities.

How I approached it

From diagnosis to scale.

Repair measurement

Aligned naming, events and commercial definitions across the advertising and commerce stack.

Structure acquisition

Created distinct roles for Meta and Google across discovery, intent and remarketing.

Operationalize insight

Converted the unified data view into weekly actions for campaigns, products and budget.

Progression

The work over time.

  1. Week 1

    Audit and architecture

Mapped the customer journey and identified the gaps between media and store reporting.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Activation

Campaigns and tracking were structured around a carefully defined high-end audience and measurable return.

  3. Week 4

    Decision system

A unified reporting layer made channel contribution and next actions visible.

Measured outcome

In the first month, the operation achieved a 5× ROAS and established a reliable acquisition and measurement system for a clearly defined high-end niche fragrance audience.
